My career spans Portugal, China and the Netherlands, including design leadership at WeWork Greater China and European design management for NIO. Today I advise on workplace strategy, experience systems and selected architecture in Portugal.

Architect, author and educator

I am a registered architect in Portugal and previously co-founded Pormenor Arquitectos. I wrote Tethered, teach in the Interior Design master’s programme at Cascais School of Arts & Design, and speak about work, behaviour and designed life.
